SanctionCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the sanctions data is complete, accurate, or current. Sanctions lists are maintained by government authorities and may change without notice. Users are solely responsible for their own compliance decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SanctionCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
