    Summary: We offer a 14-day free trial. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we will work to resolve your issue or provide a refund.
  

1. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of the period you have paid for.

3. Refund Eligibility

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

You cancel within 30 days of your first paid charge and have not made extensive use of the service
You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service and we were unable to resolve it
You were charged in error
Duplicate charges occurred due to a billing error

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:

Requests made more than 30 days after the charge
Change of mind after extensive use of the service
Failure to cancel before the renewal date
Violations of our Terms of Service
